Rom 10:1. Father, I ask that You will cause Israel (which is according to the flesh) to be saved,
Rom 10:2. For I bear them witness that they have a zeal for You, God, but their zeal is not in line with knowledge or truth.
Rom 10:3. I am not ignorant of God’s righteousness, and I do not seek to establish my own righteousness. I submit myself to the righteousness of God.
Rom 10:4. For Christ is the end of the Law for righteousness to me, because I believe.
Rom 10:5. For Moses writes about the righteousness that is by the law, “The man who does these things will live by them.”
Rom 10:6. According to the righteousness of faith, I do not say in my heart, “Who will ascend into heaven? (that is, to bring Christ down from above),
Rom 10:7. Or, “Who will descend into the abyss?” (that is, to bring Christ up from the dead).
Rom 10:8. But according to this righteousness of faith, I say, “The word is near me, in my mouth and in my heart” (that is, the word of faith which we preach):
Rom 10:9. That since I have confessed with my mouth the Lord Jesus and believed in my heart that God has raised Him from the dead, I am saved.
Rom 10:10. For with my heart I have believed unto righteousness, and with my mouth I make confession unto salvation.
Rom 10:11. For it is written, “Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame.” I believe on the Lord Jesus, therefore I am not put to shame.
Rom 10:12. For there is no distinction between the Jew and the Greek, for the same Lord over all is rich to all who call upon Him.
Rom 10:13. For “whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.” I call on the name of the Lord, therefore I am saved.
Rom 10:14. People believe on the Lord and call upon Him. They believe because they hear and they hear because I preach.
Rom 10:15. I preach because I have been sent (Isaiah 60), as it is written of me, “How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the gospel of peace, who bring glad tidings of good things!” (Isaiah 52:7, Nahum 1:15).
Rom 10:16. Although not all people have obeyed the gospel, yet I decree according to the word of the Lord that the whole earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the Lord as the waters cover the sea ( ).
Rom 10:17. It is written, “Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God”, therefore I decree that by the Word of God, I hear and by hearing my faith is built up.
Rom 10:18. I hear the sound that has gone out to all the earth, and I hear the words that have gone out to the ends of the world.
Rom 10:19. I obtained mercy in that through me a citizen of what could not be reckoned as a nation, God chose to provoke to jealousy that nation of Israel, and He moved them to anger through me, a citizen of a foolish nation (Deuteronomy 32:21).
Rom 10:20. According as Isaiah said, I and those like me did not seek God, yet we found Him; we did not ask for Him yet He was made manifest to us (Isaiah 65:1).
Rom 10:21. And although it was said of the nation of Israel, “All day long I have stretched out My hands to a disobedient and contrary people (Isaiah 65:2),” yet the Lord says, “If my covenant with the sun and the moon can be discarded and the foundations of the earth discovered, then I will forsake My covenant with the children of Israel.” ( ). God has not forsaken His people, who are my brothers, the nation of Israel!!! Amen!
